I am NOT accepting any roster updates at this point!
1) A minimum of 25 athletes will be seeded for the county running events using the county rankings at njmilesplit as of Tuesday night. (I am not seeding the relays or field events)
2) The seeded athletes will have labels on their cards already filled out. They only thing coaches allowed to write on the card is the athlete's number.
3) If you disagree with the information on the card - see the Bob Byrnes the meet referee.
Do not see John Schwarz!
4) Any alteration to the cards may cause your athlete to not be seeded, unless the card is signed by the Meet Director - John Tonero or by the Meet Referee Bob Byrnes.
5) If your athlete is "left off" the list for whatever see Bob Byrnes on Friday/Saturday before the meet starts!
6) If your seeded athlete is not running in an event they are seeded in, just do not turn in the card to the clerks.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE CARD, TO USE IT FOR
ANOTHER ATHLETE. THE CARD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE CLERKS.
7) If a seeded athlete is not running in an event, and you want to run someone else, see John Tonero - you may exchange a seeded card for a blank card.
You will be short running seed cards in your packet on Friday. I held out Saturday's "seeded cards". You will need to pick them up from John Tonero on Saturday morning.
